Hourly & Flat-Rate Services

First-time cleanings, one-time cleanings, move-out cleanings, Airbnb turnovers, and post-construction cleanings are billed based on the time required to complete the job.

Recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) are priced as a flat rate after the initial cleaning, so you’ll know exactly what to expect each visit.
All rates include cleaning supplies, equipment, taxes, and insurance.

Our standard rate is $120 per hour for a three-person cleaning team.
This rate applies to first-time, one-time, move-out, Airbnb, and post-construction cleanings.
